I am a hand weaver and textile designer living in North Cornwall. It is here in this rugged and often windswept landscape that I create colourful, hand woven cloth from lambswool or linen which is transformed into scarves and occasionally blankets or cushions. My studio overlooks the cliffs and sea where my deep connection to the natural environment and its changing moods influences my colour and style choices. I like to work organically maybe adding random bursts of shocking pink next to a burnt orange to create interest or a natural oatmeal with a mustard yellow to soften the palette. Because of this each of my pieces are unique and never repeated.
